We can address issues related to security, safety, or potential damage if your windows don’t lock, open/close, or leak creating an opportunity for mold.
The health and safety of our homeowners and employees is our top priority. We are adjusting our operations to include optional virtual consultations to serve you in the safest possible way, following CDC guidelines.
We are taking every precaution to help ensure the health and safety of our employees and our customers during this time. However, we are also committed to meeting the home improvement needs of our customers in a manner that is prudent and safe. Here are the steps we are taking;
We will continue to meet with any client who is comfortable inviting us to their home.
- All of our employees have been instructed not to report to work with any signs of sickness.
- Our in-home design consultants and installation teams are being closely monitored for any symptoms before any home visits.
- For the safety of our employees, if you or anyone in your household has been diagnosed with or exposed to anyone with coronavirus or seasonal flu, please contact us in advance so that we may reschedule your in-home consultation or project work.
- As a temporary measure, we are not offering showroom hours at this time, until further notice.
